282kbps - This is the internet standard for video broadcasting. Most users will find that this provides a good quality video although it can be weak for videos that require a high level of detail. Can be used for anything from conferences to sporting events.
548kbps - This will provide you with a high quality video but may cause some viewers issues when trying to watch your video. Good for when a high level of detail is needed, a wedding for example.
1128kbps - This bit rate provides very high quality videos with very good audio. It is used for videos which require a great deal of fast movement like motor racing. Users who want to view this video are recommended to be on a cable connection or better.
2137kbps - This bit rate produces DVD quality video that not many users will be able to view. A very good choice if you know that your viewers will be able to view it
