As our existing clients know - you will never receive an unexpected bill from us.

We keep a close eye on your bandwidth usage throughout the month to ensure you don't exceed your limit. If it looks like you are likely to go over your pre-paid bandwidth allocation then we will either pick up the phone or send you an email.

Advice on avoiding extra charges.

We don't just warn you that there are going to be extra charges. Instead we offer a number of solutions on how the charges could be avoided. This could include decreasing the quality of your broadcast or limiting the number of listeners for a short period.

We foot the bill

If somehow we don't spot that you are exceeding your bandwidth limit and give you a chance to avoid the extra charges - then we foot the bill. It really is as simple as that.

Peace of Mind

This means that you don't need to be constantly worried about what your bill might be like at the end of the month. It's us that do the worrying incase we overlook your excess usage!
