24/7 Support
Someone is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to deal with any problems you may have with our service. In the rare instance that something goes wrong with a server, we have usually fixed it before you even notice. But just incase, we're always on hand.
Encoding Software
Whether you intend to broadcast live or need the software to encode a live event for future playback, all of our customers are provided with the required software. There is no extra charge for this.
Statistics
You can log in to our statistics package at any time of the day or night to view usage statistics for your live broadcast or pre-recorded content. As well as total data usage for any given month, you can also see how many people connected, when, and how long for.
Guaranteed Availability
We guarantee 99.9% uptime on our services. Any downtime for longer than 0.01% of the month will result in a pro-rata refund in your next invoice.
